Does anyone know that there is a command console for Vista??

Does Vista have a command console??
Vista has a command prompt, just like Windows XP does.

I'm sorry I missworded it.....I ment to say recovery console. On winxp you can install the recovery console (i386\winnt32 /cmdcons) where it gives you the option to load into windows or into the recovery console. I was just wondring if Vista had theat option?? Looked thru the cd could'nt find it.
